The first full length LP by this teenage all-girl Bay Area punk band. Very thrashy, aggressive, and fast punk rock. Songs about hating stupid jock boys, ice cream, and need for a stronger female role in an overly male-dominated punk scene. These ladies are super socially and politically conscious and have taken the traditional concept of Riot Grrrl and reinterpreted it to make it relevant in the chaos of the scene today. Their music is in the school of Bikini Kill, early Lookout Records, Raooul kind of stuff. Totally manic vocals and shredding guitar. 10 songs, all classic.
